Series 2: Constitutionalism Course, 1958-1992 Series Note: This series contains materials concerning courses on American Constitutionalism taught by Rush Welter at Bennington College and the University of Western Ontario. Materials in this series include reading lists, memoranda, responses to student papers, student class notes, bibliographic citations, and Welter’s handwritten notes on a variety of topics related to course materials and class discussions. This series is divided into 2 sub-series. The first series is comprised of index cards maintained by Mr. Welter. The index card file consists of bibliographic citations, notes on sources, notes on course discussions, and other general notes about the “American Constitutionalism” course. The second series is comprised of other miscellaneous materials relating to the course, including reading lists, responses to student papers, and Mr. Welter’s hand-written notes. These notes vary widely in scope and detail.
